In the Vineyard, belonging is relationship.
The Multiply Vineyard team values relationship and wants to keep working alongside you once you have launched your church. That’s why we’ve developed a team of certified church planting coaches that are trained to come alongside you throughout the first two years of the church plant. We also desire to maintain communication with you after your church plant is released, so please feel free to join the MV Forum and by signing up for our Blog/Newsletter here. We encourage planters to develop a support network and stay connected to the wider Vineyard family, too.
If you are ready to be released and have completed the 4 Conversations listed in Let Us Get To Know You, Multiply Vineyard will provide you with a certified church planting coach. The coach will help you develop a plan for the first two years of your church plant and help maintain accountability and relationship with you while you are planting the church. To hear more about this coaching relationship, check out the Coaching Resource page.
Develop A Support Network
No pastor is expected to do it alone. That’s why the Vineyard has created smaller areas and regions for churches to be a part of. We encourage planters to get connected to area and regional pastors by attending meetings and conferences and joining our Vineyard family at our National Conference. For further explanation for the value of community within the Vineyard, check out this article.
Official Release Process
Prior to being an official church plant, legal paperwork must be completed and a release form will be sent around to be signed by the planter, the sending pastor, and the regional and national leadership. Once these documents have been filled out, Multiply Vineyard will send the new church plant the start-up funds. For more detailed information on this process, visit our Church Planter Resource Page.
