Steve Huffman

Steve joined The Vineyard Church of Mishawaka, Indiana staff in June 2015, where he currently oversees campus growth, development, and spiritual health through teaching and training. Steve also oversees prayer teams and managing a leadership training program of upcoming leaders. Steve also maintains “Reach: Extending the Walls to Influence Our World” campaign for the church. Reach involves a financial campaign, campus construction at multiple sites and additional staff development for each new campus or venue. Steve has an enthusiasm for prayer, church plants and developing leaders to become world changers.
Steve started at Memorial Hospital in 1997 and has served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Beacon Health System before becoming interim President in 2014.
Steve’s passion for Christ exploded in 2011 when he and his family helped to launch Project WARM, a weather amnesty relief ministry for fragile homeless men in South Bend, Indiana. This ministry continues to expand today not only to keep men physically warm, but also a place to show God’s love for their spiritual well-being. Steve currently serves on the board for Hope Ministries in South Bend, Indiana.Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the College of Health Information Management Executives.
Steve and his wife Anne were married in 1997 and have three boys. Steve enjoys spending time with his family, playing music, raising chickens, the outdoors, and serving the downtown South Bend area homeless.
