We are excited to be offering 2 tracks of training at this weekend intensive. Potential planters can sign up for one of two training opportunities:
Discover
Discover is for those interested in becoming church planters and is designed to help you discern if church planting is the right fit for you. We will be covering topics like: How do I figure out if church planting is what God wants me to do? What is the Vineyard’s vision for church planting? What does it take to be a church planter? Each of the sessions will allow ample time for you to get your questions answered by experienced church planting pastors.
Health
Get healthy and stay healthy as a church planter and as a new church. A church is only as healthy as it’s leaders. We will discuss how to respond to stress, losses, betrayal, and conflict, all of which are a normal part of ministry. We’ll discuss achieving balance between marriage, family and ministry; keeping yourself well connected in your personal relationship with God; developing and leading healthy church planting teams, and much more. We desire to help equip our planters for a lifetime of healthy and absolutely fun ministry.
