The Vineyard Church in Urbana, Illinois, in conjunction with the National Church Planting Team, is hosting the first official Vineyard multisite conference. It’s called “Extend.” It will be held March 15-16 in central Illinois. Details are below.
We have found the multisite concept to be a very fruitful approach to reaching this generation. It enables many more people to get involved and creates more ownership than a single big church. We will be sharing what we’ve learned over the last four years as we’ve put together six multisites under one umbrella. We will share the good and the bad with helpful insights on how you can be more fruitful by avoiding some of the pitfalls.
We also have the amazing privilege of having Geoff Surratt speaking at four sessions. Geoff is one of the nationally known top strategists when it comes to multisites. In addition to his main sessions, we’ll have several helpful workshops covering the concepts of central support, “home base,” etc. and tours of a thriving multisite campus.
At Extend, attendees will:
- learn successful strategies from church multi-site leaders
- equip your church’s future and current campus pastors and staff with ideas that will help you reach a greater part of your community
- and multiply your church’s impact in your community and see how multi-site ministry can extend your Kingdom influence.
