In the Vineyard, to quote John Wimber, we value “everybody getting to play.” Each of us recognize the importance of training, equipping and releasing our churches to carry on the ministry of Jesus. Simply put, empowering people to participate with God’s calling for life and leadership is a huge priority.
Vineyard Institute (I hope you’ve heard of this by now) is comprised of leaders from four continents, supported by seven AVC’s, coming together to help you train and equip your church. Pretty sweet, right?
We believe our people really do want to be equipped and empowered for ministry, and they want to be effective as they work to extend the gospel of the kingdom in their own lives. Vineyard Institute was designed to be affordable and accessible for virtually anyone in our churches.
