I just returned home from the 2014 Vineyard Missional Leader’s Meeting in beautiful Colorado Springs, and what a great week it was!

If you’re not familiar with this gathering, then let me tell you about it. This is the yearly meeting where the missional leaders of our movement get together to refocus and pray and dream and learn and laugh and minister to one another…for an entire week. It’s a very sweet time.

For many years, this was for those who were involved and leading our Missions Partnerships all around the world. And for the last couple of years we’ve included those who are working and leading our domestic church planting strategies, the Multiply Vineyard crew. We invited leaders from any of our churches that had committed to multiply, the coaching leaders, our partnership leaders, and our multi-site leaders. There were 165 leaders in all.

One of the things we rolled out is the new Residency Program. We want to encourage every local Vineyard church to train up future ministry leaders, pastors and church planters in the best way possible. We’ve partnered with Vineyard Institute to offer a Church Planting Certificate, and to be able to deliver the residency experience to any local church who wants to offer it. I encourage you to give it a look over, and then contact us to discuss how to run this in your local setting.

Well, back to the MLM… We’ve posted all of the main talks online here. Our focus this year was on how we can join in the mission of Jesus; reproducing disciples and churches everywhere in the world. And each of the talks is well worth your time to listen.
