Tom and Beth Camacho, who planted Blue Ridge Vineyard Church in Asheville, NC, developed this workshop for pastors and ministry leaders in 2015. Tom is the US Coaching Coordinator for Multiply Vineyard.  The training weaves together the principles of coaching with their 25 years of pastoral leadership experience in the Vineyard movement. Many have said this is the best training they have ever attended in their Vineyard experience.

This unique workshop is designed to introduce you to a new lens of leadership: empowering leaders who empower others. You will be learning a multiplication style of leadership which can lead to more leaders, expanding ministries and team members who are motivated and committed. The training includes fresh leadership  concepts and lots of practice applying the principles in small groups of three participants. All of this happens in an atmosphere of worship and continuous cooperation with the Holy Spirit.
