Ever wondered what would happen if your town was transformed? Perhaps you’re in a town with a bad reputation – poor economy, poverty, addiction, broken families, etc. Many towns adopt a stigma that becomes self-perpetuating and self-fulfilling. What if the cycle could be broken? What if Jesus built His church to not just transform individuals but whole cities? Join us as we talk to two practitioners who are helping to transform the way people think about their town which is leading real transformation. Join us for a discussion with Michael Houle (Valley Vineyard Church, Chippewa Falls, WI) and Charlie Cotherman (Oil City Vineyard, Oil City, PA)

Our Panel:

Michael Houle, Valley Vineyard Church

Michael Houle is the pastor of the Valley Vineyard Church located in a small town in Northern Wisconsin for the past 11 years. He and his wife, Trisha, and their 2 children, ages 18 and 20, planted the church in 2005. Michael is a certified coach with Multiply Vineyard. He is passionate about evangelism and discipleship.

Charlie Cotherman, Oil City Vineyard

Charlie Cotherman is the senior pastor of the Oil City Vineyard. After spending time in various places and pursuing various vocational avenues Charlie has a settled into confidence about his three callings —husband/father, pastor, and scholar/teacher. If Charlie isn’t changing Benton’s diaper or waiting for Elliana and Anneliese to be done with gymnastics, you’ll probably find him with his nose in a book or enjoying coffee and a conversation with a friend at a local cafe.
