For two days, women of all generations, seasons of life and contexts of ministry will meet up in beautiful Costa Mesa, CA to gather a deeper understanding in our calling to be women senior pastors. We will hear from over 15 speakers from across the Vineyard including Dianne Leman, Rose Madrid-Swetman, and Adey Wassnik, as well as be led in worship by Anabeth Morgan. We look forward to supporting, challenging and encouraging each other in this unique journey believing that our hours of time together with have a lasting impact in our lives and within our Vineyard movement.

This event is targeted toward any woman who is in the early stages of senior leadership (pastoring, co-pastoring, church planting, multisite pastoring) or any woman that is sensing God’s invitation into one of these roles. Some of these women are already functioning in these roles, or have self identified they are interested in this. However, many others could use an invitation or encouragement from someone else – so if you know someone that should join us, please don’t hesitate to share this information with them!
